Purpose and scope

This website introduces Cynch’s golf facility software offering and provides an interactive demonstration. It is not a live course management account, rental booking system, repair dispatch service, or real-time tracking service. Illustrations, sample locations, QR markers, and demo results are examples. Feature availability, integrations, hardware, pricing, delivery, support, and service levels must be confirmed in a separate agreement.

Demonstration use

You may explore the public demo with sample information. No issue is delivered to a golf course, stored as a work order, or assigned to staff. A demo confirmation does not mean anyone has received or will act on a report. Do not put demo QR codes into operational use or present them as a course’s support channel.

Urgent issues

Do not rely on this website for emergencies, injury reports, life safety, security response, or urgent maintenance. Contact the facility directly and use local emergency services when appropriate. Cynch does not monitor the demo or guarantee response times through this website.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another party, or use it to distribute malicious content. Cynch and its licensors retain rights to website content, branding, software, and illustrations. You may view and share links to the public site; no broader commercial licence is granted by browsing it.

No purchase or paid activation

Browsing, trying the demo, or contacting Cynch does not create a subscription, order, paid service agreement, or payment authorization. No payment is collected on this website. Facility deployment terms, including fees, renewal, cancellation, data handling, and hardware responsibilities, are agreed separately.

Availability and responsibility

The public website and demonstration are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service or suitability for any particular facility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cynch disclaims implied warranties and responsibility for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the public demo. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, regions, and updates

See the privacy policy for technical request processing and the cookie-free demo. Access is restricted in specified regions using IP geolocation. We may change or withdraw the demo and update these terms. Separately contracted services are governed by their own agreements.
