Privacy policy
Effective November 7, 2026. This policy covers cynchgolf.com, the Cynch Golf marketing website and its public reporting demonstration. Contact dan@cynch.me with privacy questions or requests.
No cookies or advertising trackers
This public site does not set cookies, use localStorage or sessionStorage, load advertising pixels, or install third-party analytics. Fonts, illustrations, scripts, and QR images are served from this site. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
The reporting demonstration
The demo processes the location you select, issue category, and description only in your browser’s current page memory. It does not send a report, upload a file, request your location, contact a course, or save your input on our servers. Leaving or reloading the page clears the demo. Location identifiers in QR URLs refer to fictional examples, not people or live asset records. Please use sample text rather than personal or sensitive information.
Technical request information
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. It processes technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, country derived from IP address, and security events to deliver content, enforce regional restrictions, and prevent abuse. Cookie-free browsing does not mean that no technical request data is processed. We do not intentionally log demo text, and the application has no visitor database. Operational and security records are retained according to the hosting provider’s applicable settings and legal requirements.
When you email us
If you choose the email contact link, your mail application opens. We receive the name, address, message, and other information you send. We use it to respond, discuss your facility’s needs, and maintain business correspondence. Your email provider and ours also process that correspondence. Do not email passwords, card details, health information, or unnecessary personal data. We retain correspondence as needed for the conversation, business records, and legal obligations; you may request deletion subject to those obligations.
Providers and access
Authorized Cynch personnel and service providers supporting hosting, security, and business email may process the information needed for those purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the service. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by those providers. A separately deployed facility service will need its own applicable privacy disclosures and contractual scope.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting personal information. Email dan@cynch.me to request access, correction, or deletion of correspondence we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity. This public business website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek their personal information.
Regional availability and changes
We restrict access from the European Union, Eastern Europe, China, and North Korea based on IP geolocation. Such restrictions are not a guarantee of a visitor’s location or a statement that privacy laws do not apply. This policy may change as the site changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
