Facility implementation

Facility records, rental checkout and returns, work orders, repair history, staff assignment, notifications, inspections, and maintenance workflows are deployment capabilities to discuss and confirm in a written scope. They are not activated by visiting this site. No golf facility customer deployment is represented here.

RFID and real-time location

RTLS and RFID require compatible tags, readers or gateways, connectivity, installation, configuration, and site-specific testing. Range, update frequency, accuracy, and supported assets depend on the chosen system. No live equipment or golfer tracking occurs on this public site. Deployment privacy and workforce notices must be addressed before operational tracking.

QR rollout

Production markers must identify a real facility and location, route to the authorized team, provide a readable fallback link, and have verified reporting and follow-up behavior. The demonstration codes must not be used as operational course markers.

Safety and payments

This website is not an emergency service, a safety monitoring system, or a guarantee that maintenance has been performed. No payments, subscriptions, or rental reservations are accepted. Pricing, service levels, legal terms, and privacy responsibilities are confirmed separately before activation.

Public-site privacy

No cookies, browser storage, ad trackers, or third-party analytics are used. Cloudflare processes technical requests and applies regional restrictions. See the privacy policy.
